Tibia Osteotomy Two Plate Medial/Lateral Surgical Technique Lab with John Early, MD
OsteoMed’s ExtremiLock is a comprehensive ankle fracture system designed to provide solutions for simple to complex fractures of the distal tibia and fibula. Using a two-plate approach, Dr. John Early first demonstrates a tibia osteotomy and implantation of a medial tibia plate to correct alignment after ankle injuries. Dr. Early then performs an opening wedge osteotomy and uses a lateral fibula plate to complete the procedure.
Anterior Ankle Fusion Surgical Technique Lab with John Early, MD
Offered as a module within the OsteoMed ExtremiLock Ankle Plating System, the ExtremiLock Ankle Fusion Plating System includes anatomically contoured anterior, posterior, and lateral fusion plates to address TT (tibiotalar) and TTC (tibiotalocalcaneal) arthrodesis. Dr. John Early demonstrates an anterior ankle fusion using the ExtremiLock Anterior Ankle Fusion Plate.

Clavicle Hook Plate Surgical Technique Overview Animation
The Acumed Clavicle Hook Plating System includes four plate lengths and three hook depths. The system provides a third solution for acromioclavicular (AC/CC) joint dislocations and lateral clavicle fractures, in addition to both the Acumed Distal Clavicle Plates and Acu-Sinch Repair System. The Acumed Clavicle Hook Plating System is intended for fixation of lateral clavicle fractures, osteotomies, malunions, nonunions, and dislocations of the acromioclavicular joint.
Perspectives on PIP & MCP Fusions with Dr William Geissler
Dr. William Geissler discusses the approach, joint surface preparation options, and advantages of the OsteoMed Hand Fusion System.
OsteoMed Hand Fusion System Surgical Technique Lab with Dr. William Geissler
The OsteoMed Hand Fusion System combines low-profile plates with the compression of the ExtremiFix headless compression screw and the Fusion Screw’s one-of-a-kind, variable-angle locking technology. In this surgical demonstration, Dr. William Geissler demonstrates both osteotomy cuts and the cup and cone method to create the desired fusion angle.
Product Training Series: RibLoc U+ and U+ 90 Key Features with Elya Henry
The Acute Innovations RibLoc U Plus Chest Wall Plating System is intended to stabilize and provide fixation for fractures, fusions, and osteotomies of the ribs, and for reconstructions of the chest wall and sternum. Chest Wall Portfolio Product Manager Elya Henry goes through the key features of the system.
Perspectives on Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocations with Dr. Kenneth Koval
The Acumed Clavicle Hook Plating System provides a third solution to acromioclavicular (AC/CC) joint dislocations and lateral clavicle fractures, in addition to both the Acumed Distal Clavicle Plates and Acu-Sinch Repair System. To assist the surgeon in implant selection, the unique Clavicle Hook Depth Sizer allows for measurement for all three hook depths with a single instrument, and the Clavicle Hook Plate Length Sizer measures for both left and right plate lengths on either side of the instrument.
Clavicle Hook Plating System Surgical Technique Overview with Dr. Kenneth Koval
The Acumed Clavicle Hook Plating System is intended for fixation of lateral clavicle fractures, osteotomies, malunions, nonunions and dislocations of the acromioclavicular joint. Dr. Kenneth Koval demonstrates implantation and removal of the implant as well as the unique Clavicle Hook Depth Sizer which allows for measurement for all three hook depths with a single instrument, and the Clavicle Hook Plate Length Sizer which measures for both left and right plate lengths on either side of the instrument.
